A Place We Always Wanted To Return To…
Our story began after visiting Woolacombe in 2020. We completely fell in love with the area — the sweeping sands, windswept dunes and beautiful North Devon coastline instantly felt special to us.
From the beginning, we wanted No.9 Putsborough to be the kind of place we’d always want to come back to ourselves: calm, stylish and effortlessly comfortable after long beach days and coastal walks.
Perfectly positioned just moments from the beach, village centre and surrounding North Devon countryside, we wanted it to feel like somewhere guests could properly relax, unwind and instantly feel at home.
One of our favourite parts of sharing No.9 Putsborough has been all the little things. Finding just the right mugs for that first cup of tea in the morning, adding board games we used to play with our own children (who are now adults!), or discovering another favourite café, beach or coastal walk that we think you’ll love too.
As independent owners, we genuinely care about every guest experience and love sharing our beach home and this beautiful stretch of coast with others.
