A place that feels as good as it looks
No.9 Putsborough is somewhere we’ve put a lot of ourselves into. It’s stylish and beautifully designed, but never too precious for sandy children, tired feet or a dog curled up after a day on the beach.
There are two comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms and plenty of room for four to settle in. The kitchen is properly equipped, the beds are wonderfully comfy and the little things you might not think to pack have probably already been thought of.
We want you to walk through the door and feel that you’ve chosen well. As one guest put it, “The flat was even more lovely than expected”; another thanked us for “the trouble you take to make your apartment a home from home.”

No.9 Putsborough sits right in the heart of Woolacombe village on the North Devon coast, with Woolacombe Beach just a four-minute walk from your door. Barricane and Combesgate are within walking distance too, so choosing which beach to head for might be one of the harder decisions of the day.
You can leave the car in its underground parking space and walk to cafés, restaurants, pubs, independent shops and the beach. For families with children — or anyone travelling with a dog — having everything this close really does make a difference.
And when you do fancy venturing further, Woolacombe is a brilliant base for exploring more of North Devon, from nearby beaches and hidden coves to the South West Coast Path and days out further along the coast.

When you arrive, you’ll find a welcome hamper waiting, beach equipment ready to borrow from our surf shed and, if you fancy making arrival even easier, the option to pre-order one of our deli boxes. If you’re bringing your dog, we’ll have a few useful things ready for them too.

Head downstairs for a swim in the indoor heated pool, book the sauna, fit in a gym session or challenge the children to a game of table football or pool in the games room — all part of your stay and especially handy when the North Devon weather has other ideas.
